I (state your full name) do hereby solemnly swear (or affirm) that from this day forward in all action in faith and spirit act in trust and honor to represent Winston Holdings and Trust. I will to the best of my ability, preserve, support and defend Winston holdings and trust; , I will not permit a willful violation of law by the trust company, and report any such knowledge to the Board Of Caretakers and legal authorities, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me.
